2015 Frankfurt Motor Show: Bugatti Vision Gran Turismo image

The Bugatti Vision Gran Turismo has been officially unveiled at the 2015 Frankfurt Motor Show.

Bugatti may have pulled the plug on the iconic Veyron earlier this year but that doesn’t mean that it’s out of the game. In fact, the French brand is currently working on another super sport vehicle, the so-called Chiron, which will be faster and more powerful than the Veyron. But until that will be ready for the market, the carmaker is currently showing us a vehicle created exclusively for the Gran Turismo 6 video game, the Bugatti Vision Gran Turismo.

The impressive looking concept is previewing the styling language which will be adopted by the successor of the Veyron and it is bringing a familiar design with aggressive lines, a sporty front fascia, a large splitter, LED headlights, vented front fenders, prominent rear wing and so on. A center fin, recalling the 1936 Type 57 Atlantic and the classic two-tone exterior, reminding us of the Type 57 G Tank which managed to win the 1937 24 Hours of Le Mans, have also been added.

The interior design of the new Bugatti Vision Gran Turismo is also bringing the leather / suede upholstery, matte and blue carbon fiber trim, two convex displays, a steering wheel which is displaying the vehicle info and much more. The W16 engine is being found under its hood and this is sending power to the four-wheel drive system. The model is capable of reaching top speeds of more than 400 km/h (250 mph). Additional details on it are limited at this point.
