Cadillac has made the European debut of the brand new ATS-V and CTS-V performance vehicles during the 2015 Geneva Motor Show.
After being officially unveiled just a few months back, the brand new Cadillac ATS-V and Cadillac CTS-V are now making their European debut, as the two models have been brought to the 2015 Geneva Motor Show. The two vehicles have been designed to tackle some high performance German vehicles, such as the BMW M3 / M4, Mercedes C63 AMG, Audi RS4 and the BMW M4, Mercedes E63 AMG and Audi RS6.
Caddy has fitted the two rides with an aggressive body kit, carbon fiber has been put to use, the chassis have been reinforced, the brakes are signed by Brembo, there is an electronic limited slip differential, a sport tuned suspension system and several other tweaks. The ATS-V Sedan and ATS-V Coupe are bringing the same 3.6 liter twin turbo V6 engine, which is rated at 455 HP (339 kW) and 603 Nm (445 lb-ft) of torque.
The unit is connected to a 6-speed manual / 8-speed automatic, allowing it to reach 100 km/h in 4s and 297 km/h (185 mph) in top speed. The larger CTS-V Sedan has a bigger 6.2 liter V8 supercharged engine under its hood, which is capable of putting down an impressive 640 HP (477 kW) and 855 Nm (630 lb-ft) of torque, enough for a sprint to 100 km/h made in 3.8s and a top speed of 322 km/h (200 mph). No pricing details have been announced yet, for the Old Continent.
