The brand new GTA Spano has been officially presented to the public during the 2015th edition of the Geneva Motor Show.
Following a few teaser images released over the last few weeks, the brand new GTA Spano is finally here as it has been officially presented to the public during the 2015 Geneva Motor Show, in a premiere. The model in question has received a carbon monocoque chassis made with titanium and grapheme which is offering lightness and rigidity, a different body compared to the old one, carbon fiber to keep weight down and several other tweaks which should attract petrol heads.
The most important part of the 2016 GTA Spano is found under its hood as this is taking its power from a massive 8.0 liter V10 engine. The unit is capable of producing a total output of 925 HP (690 kW) and it has a peak torque of 1,220 Nm (900 lb-ft). The engine is connected to a 7-speed sequential transmission, which is newly developed, and it is allowing the supercar to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in just 2.9 seconds and to reach a top speed of 370 km/h (230 mph). The GTA Spano will be produced in just 99 units but no pricing info has been released yet. Additional details on the new supercar are limited at this time and will probably be announced over the next following months. Meanwhile you can check it out in the photo gallery posted below.
