The brand new Aston Martin Vantage GT3 has been officially presented to the public, in a premiere, during the 2015 Geneva Motor Show.
After introducing models such as the track-only toy Vulcan or the Lagonda Taraf super sedan, the British based automaker Aston Martin has also introduced the brand new Vantage GT3 during the same 2015 Geneva Motor Show. The model in question is will be put together in just 100 units and the first deliveries will begin in the third quarter of 2015.
The vehicle is coming with a carbon fiber wide body kit, with different front and rear bumpers, with a front splitter, new side skirts, a prominent rear wing, a rear diffuser, a carbon fiber hood, a black mesh grille, ceramic coated tailpipes and Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires for the 19-inch forged alloy wheels. Other features worth mentioning are the Brembo ceramic brakes, titanium exhaust system, magnesium inlet manifolds, track tuned suspension and so on.
The cabin is bringing leather door pull straps, Alcantara wrapped steering wheel, infotainment system with GPS navigation, touch sensitive controls, carbon fiber sports seats and more. Power to the model is being provided by a 6.0 liter V12 engine, which is rated at 591 HP (441 kW) and 625 Nm (460 lb-ft) of torque. The unit is connected to a 7-speed automated manual transmission which is allowing it to reach 100 km/h (62 mph) from a standstill in 3.7 seconds and to go all the way up to 297 km/h (185 mph).
