The redesigned Hyundai Sonata has recently leaked in its first real image, ahead of its public debut which will take place next month, during the 2014 New York Auto Show.
After it was officially announced for the North American automotive event, just last week, the brand new 2015 Hyundai Sonata is being placed into the spotlights once again, this time with the help of a new image, which made its way onto the web. The photo posted above is showing the 2015 Hyundai Sonata on the factory floor and it looks very similar to the model seen in the teaser image.
The new Hyundai Sonata will be getting a new headlight design, a front prominent grille, new design for the wheels and it’s also said to come with new technologies. Some local automotive media is saying that the 2015 Hyundai Sonata will be coming with the company’s 2.0 liter turbocharged GDI engine, which is producing 274 HP. The unit should be mated to the new seven-speed dual clutch transmission. Sadly this is all we’ve got for the moment on the new Hyundai Sonata so we should probably wait for the 2014 New York Auto Show to open its gates in April in order to find out more about this model.
