The cheapest version, the Rio S 3-door manual, can be yours from 15,990 AUD, while the Rio S five-door manual costs 16,990 AUD. The cheapest automatic, the Rio S 3-door, costs 17,990 AUD, while for the Rio S five-door auto, you will have to pay 18,990 AUD.
The Kia Rio S Premium 5-door manual has been priced from 17,690 AUD, while the Rio S Premium five-door automatic starts at 19,690 AUD. The most expensive version of the model, the Rio Si 5-door auto, can be yours from 21,490 AUD. The compact hatchback is getting a new front bumper design, a modified rear one, a new grille pattern, a new color option, the Urban Blue, metallic look headlights, new alloy wheels and several other tweaks.
Three versions of the model are available the S, the S Premium and the Si, while the Sport and the SLi versions will be arriving in the second quarter of this year. Kia says that the S has a 1.4 liter MPI engine under its hood, with 79 kW and 135 Nm of torque, connected to a 6-speed manual or a 4-speed automatic. The S Premium is adding the electric side mirrors, front fog lights, cruise control, 6-speaker audio unit, leather wrapped steering wheel and gear knob and 15-inch alloy wheels.
