The upcoming 2015 Kia Sorento has been recently detailed by some new sketches which have just hit the web.
The 2015 Kia Sorento has been already caught on camera by our spy photographers but this article isn’t about camouflaged test mules and it is actually referring to these two renderings which are apparently official ones. The photos posted below have been provided by Kia World and they are offering a good exercise on what the redesigned crossover will actually look like when work on it will be ready and the company will officially pull the wraps off its body.
The redesigned Kia Sorento is looking quite different than its predecessor and we can see the updated front fascia, which is making us similar to newer models in the carmaker’s lineup, such as the new Cee’d. We can spot the sweptback headlights which are flanking the prominent grille and also the body cladding, the more curvaceous body work, the rounded tailgate with the new spoiler, the dual exhaust system or the gently sloping roof line. As far as the engine lineup goes, chances are that Europeans will be getting the 3.3L GDI V6 along with the 2.2L CRDI diesel. More details on the model in question remain unknown for the moment.
