Lincoln has officially pulled the wraps off the 2015 MKC during the 2013 Los Angeles Auto Show, which will go on sale, across the United States, next summer.
The 2015 Lincoln MKC has an exterior design similar to the one seen on the MKC Concept and it’s coming with a bold front fascia, HID headlights, a split-wing grille, a sloping roofline, LED taillights, a tailgate mounted spoiler, metallic accents and either 18- or 19-inch alloy wheels. As far as the cabin goes, the 2015 Lincoln MKC is getting the MyLincoln Touch infotainment system with the 8-inch touch screen display, the leather upholstery, wood trim, the premium audio system, the panoramic Vista Roof, the Bridge of Weir leather upholstery and much more.
As far as the engine lineup goes, Ford’s luxury brand says that two units will become available for the 2015 MKC. The first one will be the 2.0 liter EcoBoost four-cylinder engine, which will be offered as an entry-level, with its 240 HP (179 kW) and 365 Nm (270 lb-ft) of torque, along with the 2.3 liter EcoBoost unit, producing a total output of 275 HP (205 kW) and 406 Nm (300 lb-ft) of torque. Both engines are mated to an automatic transmission which is sending power to the front-wheel drive, while the AWD is available as an option. No pricing details have been announced yet.
