The brand new 2015 Mazda2 is getting ready to arrive on the Australian market where the model will go on sale on the 1st of November.
According to the car manufacturer, the 2015 Mazda2 will get a price cut compared to the current version and it will start from 14,990 AUD. The model in question is taking its power from a 1.5 liter four-cylinder SKYACTIV unit, rated at 79 kW and 139 Nm of torque, connected to a 6-speed manual transmission. For the automatic version, its future customers will have to pay 16,990 AUD. Standard items include the air-con, the black and blue cloth trim, 4-speaker stereo with Bluetooth, USB, steering wheel controls, 6 airbags, push-button start, tilt and reach adjustable steering wheel and 15-inch steel wheels.
The mid-range option Maxx costs 16,990 AUD and it has a 1.5 liter unit with 81 kW and 141 Nm of torque and iti s getting the unique interior finish trim, leather wrapped steering wheel, gear knob and handbrake lever, high gloss black trims on the doors and several other tweaks, including the 15-inch alloy wheels. The top of the line model, the Genki, can be yours form 19,990 AUD, and it will be adding the front fog lights, chrome exhaust tip, black interior trim with red stitching, the climate control air-con, automatic wipers and headlights, the 7.0-inch MZD Connect touch screen audio system with internet radio, sat-nav and more.
