The 2015 Mercedes-Benz GLA45 AMG is believed to make its public debut, in its final production form, on the 14th of January, during the 2014 NAIAS, in Detroit.
The final production version of the Mercedes-Benz GLA45 AMG is being placed into the spotlights once again, this time with the help of a report signed by the guys at Auto Motor und Sport, which is saying that the model in question will be officially unveiled during the 2014 North American International Auto Show (NAIAS), in Detroit. The model in question should share the same space with the S600 Maybach, which will be the extra long wheelbase version, measuring 5.5 meters long and getting a 2+2 seating arrangement.
The Mercedes-Benz GLA45 AMG will take its power from a 2.0 liter four-cylinder turbocharged engine, which is also being used on the A45 AMG and on the CLA45 AMG. The total output produced by the unit stands at 360 HP (265 kW) and the peak torque at 450 Nm (331 lb-ft) of torque. The unit will be mated to a seven-speed AMG SPEEDSHIFT DCT transmission, which will send its power to the 4MATIC system. More details on the final production version of the 2015 Mercedes-Benz GLA45 AMG will be announced on the 14th of January.
