The upcoming 2015 Mercedes-Benz S600 has recently leaked all over the web ahead of its public debut, which has been scheduled for the 2014 NAIAS, in Detroit.
The German based automaker Mercedes-Benz may have tried to keep the new S600 hidden for the moment but as we all know, that doesn’t always work out and after our spy photographers have managed to capture it on camera, the model in question is being placed into the spotlights once again, this time with the help of a couple of images, which are showing its lines from the rear three-quarter end and also its cabin design.
The 2015 Mercedes-Benz S600 will only become available as a long wheelbase model and it will receive features like the Collision Prevention Assist Plus, the Magic Body Control, the head-up display and much more. As far as the engine goes, this will be a twin turbocharged 6.0 liter V12 unit, which can develop a total output of 530 HP (390 kW) and 830 Nm (612 lb-ft) of torque. Power will be sent to the wheels through a 7G-Tronic Plus transmission. The 0 to 100 km/h sprint will take 4.6 seconds and top speed will be electronically limited to 250 km/h (155 mph).
