General Motors has officially introduced the GMC Canyon Nightfall Edition at the 2015 North American International Auto Show, in Detroit.
After being officially unveiled over the web, just last week, the new GMC Canyon Nightfall Edition is now being highlighted once again, this time with its public debut being made at the 2015 NAIAS, in Detroit. The model in question is the newest addition to the company’s lineup and it has been based on the Canyon SLE crew cab, coming in with some pretty interesting tweaks which include the spry in bedliner, the Dark Argent paint inserts, the black front grille, the polished exhaust tip, the 18-inch aluminum wheels and several other modifications which should put some distance between the special edition and the standard one.
The GMC Canyon Nightfall Edition will be offered with standard features including the auto dimming mirror, the soft touch instrument panel with aluminum trim, the tilting and telescoping steering column, the leather wrapped steering wheel, the keyless entry, the two USB ports, the 8-inch Color Touch Radio with GMC IntelliLink, the automatic locking differential for the four-wheel drive models and more. Power is being provided by a 3.6 liter V6 engine, rated at 305 HP and 269 lb-ft of torque. Prices haven’t been announced yet but considering the fact that the model is based on the SLE, it will start in the low 30s. More details on the GMC Canyon Nightfall Edition are limited at this time and will be announced shortly.
