Nissan has announced the official starting price for the 2015 GT-R in the United States, which has been set at 101,770 USD, without the 1,595 USD destination charge and handling fee.
If you’re currently living in the United States and you have your eyes on the Nissan GT-R you won’t be too glad to find out that the 2015 model year has passed the 100,000 USD mark as the model in question has been recently priced at 101,770 USD. The cost of the popular Japanese sports car doesn’t include the 1,595 USD destination charge and handling fee but, then again, the performance will be more than satisfying.
Power to the 2015 Nissan GT-R is still being provided by the same 3.8 liter V6 engine, which is producing a total output of 545 HP (406 kW) and 627 Nm (463 lb-ft) of torque. The unit is mated to a six-speed dual clutch transmission, which is sending power to the rear-wheel drive. The average fuel consumption of the car stands at 16 / 23 mpg US in city / highway. The 2015 model year is adding several changes, such as the retuned suspension system, LED infused headlights, upgraded interior design and more. The GT-R Black Edition costs 111,510 USD and it’s adding the forged aluminum RAYS wheels, carbon fiber rear spoiler and a red and black interior, with Recaro seats, amongst others.
