2015 Nissan Micra is Canada’s cheapest car

The 2015 Nissan Micra is the cheapest car currently available for order in Canada, as the model in question has been priced at 9,998 Canadian dollars.

The cheapest version of the Nissan Micra, the 2015 Micra S, has made the model in question the cheapest one currently available in Canada. The vehicle has been priced from 9,998 Canadian dollars, which is lower than the 2014 Versa Sedan’s 11,898 Canadian dollars.

“At Nissan, we understand the need in Canada for small, urban-friendly cars that are fun to drive and express their driver’s personality. With Micra, we’re delivering a proven global vehicle at a very attractive price – it’s going to make a huge impact on the market”, said the Nissan Canada president, Christian Meunier.

The 2015 Nissan Micra will come in with three trim levels, the S, the SV and the SR, along with a number of accessory options, which should allow a small number of personalization for the vehicles. As far as the engine goes, a single 1.6 liter four-cylinder unit will be the only choice, with its 109 HP. The unit will be mated to either a five-speed manual or a four-speed automatic, depending on the version chosen. More details on the Micra in Canada will be announced close to its launch.
