The French based automaker Renault has announced its plans to officially pull the wraps off the new Twingo generation tomorrow, on the 13th of February.
The 2015 Renault Twingo has been already caught on camera several times, by our spy photographers, but the model is being placed into the spotlights once again, this time in an official way, with the company announcing its plans to pull the wraps off its body on the Thursday, the 13th of February. The new generation of the Renault Twingo will share the same platform with the future Smart ForTwo generation and it has been previewed by the Twin’Run and by the Twin-Z concept cars.
The new Renault Twingo generation will be officially introduced as a five-door hatchback and it will be receiving a wide array of customization options, as the company will be inspired by Fiat’s 500. The engine lineup will be made out of small diesel and petrol units, some of which are being shared with the new Clio. Renault is believed not to be offering an RS version of the new Twingo generation, because of poor sales of the previous one. The 2015 Renault Twingo will be making its public debut during the 2014 Geneva Motor Show.
