A new set of teaser images with the new generation of the Skoda Fabia have been recently released by the Czech based automaker, ahead of its public debut scheduled for the 2014 Paris Motor Show.
The 2015 Skoda Fabia has received a new set of teaser images and we honestly can’t tell how many have been released until now but it is believed that the model in question will be unveiled online close to the end of this week. The new generation of the Skoda Fabia will be offered in hatchback and wagon body styles and it will not be receiving the hot vRS version.
Skoda says that the 2015 Fabia will be riding on the evolved PQ25 platform and it will shed some 65 kg (143 lbs) from its total weight. The engine lineup of the model will be meeting the Euro 6 emission standards and it will include the 60 HP (44 kW) 1.0 MPI, the 1.2 TSI with 110 HP (81 kW), the common rail diesel direct injected 1.4 TDI with 75 HP (55 kW) or 105 HP (77 kW) and the 1.4 TDI in the Fabia GreenLine, which should make its way onto the model close to the end of 2015, with its 75 HP, stop / start technology, aerodynamic optimizations, low rolling resistance tires and kinetic energy recuperation.
