The new generation of the Smart ForFour has recently received some aftermarket goodies in the newest teaser image.
After being officially unveiled just a week ago and then spied in some new versions over the past few days in the two-door version, the new generation of the Smart ForFour is being placed into the spotlights once again, this time with the help of a new rendering. The image posted above is showing a tuned version of the 2015 Smart ForFour, which has been signed by Hungarian Photoshop artist, X-Tomi. Chances are we won’t see any tuned version of the new ForFour until the carmaker will be introducing the Brabus.
As you probably already know by now, the new generation of the Smart ForFour, along with its two-door brother, is based on the Renault Twingo. The model in question stands at 3.49 meters in length and it is riding on a 2,494 mm long wheelbase. At the time of its launch it will be powered by either a 1.0 liter naturally aspirated engine, which is providing 71 HP (52 kW) and 91 Nm (67 lb-ft) of torque, or by a 0.9 liter turbocharged unit, rated at 90 HP (66 kW) and 135 Nm (99 lb-ft) of torque. Prices for the new ForFour start at 11,600 euros.
