2015 Toyota Prius launched in Australia image

The 2015 Toyota Prius V is now available for order in Australia as the company has launched it from 34,490 AUD.

Toyota is offering the model in question in two versions, the Prius V and the Prius V i-Tech, which costs 44,490 AUD. The Prius V is coming with features such as the 16-inch alloy wheels with full wheel covers, the halogen healights, LED DRLs, ESC, rearview camera, cruise control, hill start assist, smart entry and start, 4.2-inch color multi information display, display audio with 6.1-inch touch screen, climate control, head-up display, power lumbar adjustment for the driver’s seat and several other goodies.

Go for the 2015 Toyota Prius V i-Tech and you will get, besides the aforementioned features, the Bi-LED headlights with auto leveling, the auto high beam, the semi-automated park assist, pre-collision safety system, adaptive cruise control, lane departure alert, panoramic roof with power shade, leather accented trim, heated front seats, sat-nav with Toyota Link apps Destination Assist and Navigate, 8-speaker JBL sound system with the DAB digital radio, electrochromatic rearview mirror, semi-automated park assist and others. Power is being provided by the 1.8 liter Atkinson cycle four-cylinder petrol engine, rated at 73 kW and 142 Nm of torque, backed up by the electric motor generating 60 kW and 207 Nm of torque. The total output stands at 100 kW and this is allowing the model to eat 4.4L of fuel every 100 km.
