Volkswagen has announced the official price list for the 2015 Tiguan in Australia, where the model goes in from 27,990 AUD.
In the cheapest version of the 2015 Volkswagen Tiguan, its future owners will get the 118 TSI unit, which comes in with a supercharged and turbocharged four-cylinder engine, rated at 118 kW and 240 Nm of torque, connected to a 6-speed manual or a six-speed dual clutch DSG automatic. The manual transmission version is priced from 27,990 AUD while for the automatic, its future customers will have to pay 30,990 AUD.
Standard items found on it include the rear parking sensors, rearview camera, 6.5-inch touch screen media system, Bluetooth, cruise control, multifunction display in the instrument cluster, electronic parking brake, fatigue detection system, six airbags and so on. Next comes the 132 TSI with its 2.0L four-cylinder turbo unit rated at 132 kW and 280 Nm of torque, priced from 27,990 AUD. The diesel option includes the 130 TDI, with its 130 kW and 380 Nm of torque, which is getting the same equipment as the 132 TSI, being priced from 40,990 AUD. The flagship model is the 155 TSI, which costs 44,990 AUD.
