The new generation of the BMW 7-Series has leaked out in several revealing images and details, here ahead of its public debut which will be taking place in just a couple of days.
The 2016 BMW 7-Series is being highlighted once again, buy this time with the help of some images which are showing its exterior and interior design and it is also putting an accent on its future pricing list, for the Old Continent. The flagship model made by BMW will be starting from 100,445 euros and for the money customers will get the 730d version, producing 265 HP (195 kW) and coming with RWD. The xDrive variant will be starting from 107,480 euros.
The cheapest version of the new BMW 7-Series generation, powered by gasoline, is the 740i, with its 326 HP (240 kW), starting at 107,690 euros, being followed by the 750i xDrive, with its 450 HP (330 kW), at 137,935 euros. The M Sport Package will add a total of 5,760 euros to the price, while the Driving Assistant Plus will set you back for another 3,180 euros. The TV function is available at 1,260 euros, the Pure Excellence Exterior comes at 900 euros, the Alcantara headliner is 1,440 euros, the built-in telephone costs 840 euros, the adjustable rear seats are 2,220 euros, the Pure Excellence Interior is 2,040 euros, the full LED adaptive headlights are 1,800 euros and we should also mention the 1,728EUR four-zone climate control, the 762EUR Surround View, the two-piece panoramic roof available at 1,200 EUR, the optional coolbox between the rear seats is 1,440EUR, the rear ventilated seats cost 1,278 EUR, the Park Assistant is 362EUR and the Smoker Kit costs 54EUR.
The new generation of the German flagship sedan is also getting the Nappa leather upholstery in mocha, beige, cognac and black and the color choices will be including the Arctic Grey Brilliant, Jatoba, Magallan Grey, Mineral White, Imperial Blue, Singapore Grey, Sophisto Grey, Glacier Silver, Cashmere Silver, Alpine White, Carbon Black and Black Sapphire. As far as the wheel choices go, these are available in sizes ranging between 17 and 20 inches, with various designs and finishes. The exterior design of the new BMW 7-Series is evolutionary and it has received slender taillights with integrated chrome trim, a prominent front grille, laser headlights, front fender vents and so on. The engine lineup is part of a new generation too, which includes the 6-cylinder units, along with the 8-speed Steptronic transmission. The new 2016 BMW 7-Series generation will be officially presented to the public, in a world premiere, on the 10th of June.
