A new teaser image with the 2016 Chevrolet Cruze has been released by the North American based automotive giant General Motors.
The new generation of the Chevrolet Cruze is just around the corner and since it will be officially unveiled in just a few weeks, the car manufacturer has released yet another teaser image with it. The photo is showing part of the front fascia of the car and it is revealing a completely new design, with the new front bumper, the updated grille, the muscular hood, the different xenon headlights with incorporated daytime running lights, a new design for the fog lights and that’s about everything which is visible.
“When we introduced the Cruze it replaced 15 other compact vehicles around the globe. By consolidating design, engineering and marketing efforts, we were able to produce an award-winning, value-driven sedan that won over customers around the world”, said the GM North America and global Chevrolet brand chief, Alan Batey.
The new Chevrolet Cruze will get a push-button ignition, a multi-function steering wheel, blue backlighting, revised switch gear, chrome trim, accent stitching, a new MyLink infotainment, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility and so on. As far as the engine lineup goes, chances are this will be coming with the 160 HP (119 kW) and 250 Nm (184 lb-ft) of torque 1.5 liter four-cylinder turbo, along with the 2.0 liter turbo diesel rated at 151 HP (112 kW) and 357 Nm (264 lb-ft) of torque. The model will be officially unveiled on the 24th of June.
