Dodge has officially announced the price of the newly unveiled 2016 Viper ACR, which will be entering production in the third quarter of this year.
Not a day has gone by without us mentioning the 2016 Dodge Viper, this week, and today makes no exception either, as the performance model is returning into our attention, this time with the carmaker officially announcing its starting price. According to the North American based company, the 2016 Dodge Viper ACR will start from 117,895 USD, without the gas guzzler tax and the destination charges, and it will be entering production in the third quarter of this year, with deliveries starting shortly after.
The 2016 Dodge Viper ACR is coming with an aerodynamic body kit, making it instantly recognizable, with the three-speaker audio system in the cabin for weight saving, the Alcantara wrapped interior with manual seats, with lightweight carpeting and several other goodies. The performance car is also getting the track tuned suspension system, the carbon ceramic Matrix brakes and a set of 19-inch wheels, wrapped in high-performance Kumho Ecsta V720 tires. The most important part of the 2016 Dodge Viper ACR is definitely found under its hood, where the 8.4 liter V10 engine is found. This can produce a total output of 645 HP (480 kW) and 812 Nm (600 lb-ft) of torque.
