Dodge has released some new images with the 2015 Viper which are meant to remind you that there is still such a model in production.
The 2015 Dodge Viper may not be a best-seller but the company managed to attract some new customers with the Challenger SRT Hellcat and with the more practical Charger SRT Hellcat. However, the car manufacturer isn’t letting its well-known performance vehicle to get lost in between so many models so a new photo gallery with it has been released. The images posted below are showing the new Viper GT too, which is standing above the base Viper SRT, along with the Time Attack 2.0 Special Edition variant.
Dodge has unveiled the 2015 Viper back in late 2014 and the GT is coming with red brake calipers signed by Brembo with two-piece StopTech rotors, with two-mode sport suspension system, a five-mode ESC, a 6-way power adjustable driver’s seat, Nappa leather seats and several other goodies. Besides the new trim, the sports car is also getting an upgrade of the 8.4 liter V10 engine, which is capable of producing a total of 645 HP (481 kW) and 812 Nm (600 lb-ft) of torque, 5 HP more than before. The hand-made US built supercar is also offered with some special editions, the Viper TA 2.0 Special Edition, which has been based on the Viper SRT Time Attack, and it is coming with the carbon fiber corner splitters, front dive planes, large rear wing, Brembo brakes, race-tuned suspension and Sidewinder II wheels.
