Our spy photographers have managed to capture the brand new 2016 Hyundai iX35 on camera while it was being tested out on the open road.
After it was introduced back in 2010 and receiving a mild facelift just last year, the Hyundai iX35 is currently getting ready to get a new generation. The South Korean based automaker is currently working on such a model and the spy photos posted below stand proof that this isn’t too far away from the production line. The images in question have been snapped near the famous German track, the Nurburgring, and they are showing a test mule of the model.
The current Hyundai iX35 will not get a completely new design because the outgoing version has proven to be a great seller worldwide but even so the changes will be visible as we expect a new front fascia, a modified rear end and, of course, a completely new cabin layout, with new technologies. The engine lineup will include petrol burners ranging between 140 HP and 170 HP and diesels with 116 HP to 184 HP. More details on the 2016 Hyundai iX35 will be announced probably next year, close to its official introduction.
