Kia is currently working on an updated version of the current Picanto which will be officially presented to the public next year, at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show, in March.
The South Korean based automaker Kia is currently testing out the 2016 Picanto. The model in question has been caught on camera recently by our spy photographers and judging by its heavily camouflaged body, this will come with some significant visual upgrades. The 2016 Kia Picanto will basically be a facelifted version of the model which should be enough to keep its customers interested in it until the new generation will be arriving in 2017.
The updated variant of the vehicle will be coming with the “classic” makeover which will include a new front bumper, a redesigned front grille, new headlights, a different rear bumper, new lighting units at the rear and some minor changes made to the doors. New wheel designs will probably be introduced too, along with some modifications made to the cabin. The engine lineup is expected to remain the same. More details on the 2016 Kia Picanto are limited for the moment and will be announced during the 2015 Geneva Motor Show, next March. Meanwhile check out the spy photos posted below.
