The next generation of the Nissan GT-R has popped on the web in some renderings which are showing the new model with influences from the newly unveiled Sport Sedan Concept.
The 2016 Nissan GT-R has been recently rendered and its design looks more than impressive. You should know that it has been inspired from the Sport Sedan Concept, which was officially presented to the public during the 2014 NAIAS, in Detroit, earlier this month. The looks seem to suite the new GT-R quite well, except for that flashy front fascia which is simply too much for a sleeper, but we have to understand Nissan, because the trend these days is to have every vehicle made by the same carmaker get a similar front fascia.
Rumors on a new generation of the Nissan GT-R have been around for quite some time now and if some of them are saying that the upcoming vehicle will go “green” and adopt a hybrid powertrain, others are presenting it as an extreme sports car, with performance which should make Ferraris, Lamborghinis or Porsches look like something from the past. Whatever it will be like in the end, one thing is for sure, it will have to carry on its legacy, left from the outgoing version.
