The 2016 Nissan Versa has been introduced over-seas and it will be offered for sale soon.
Not all launches these days are aimed towards the 2015 Frankfurt Motor Show as Nissan is providing with the 2016 Versa. The model in question is mostly carried over from the previous model year but it is said to gain the standard body color side mirrors, a revised color palette which is now including the Gun Metallic and Cayenne Red shades, the additional speaker on the Versa Sedan S, the leather wrapped steering wheel on the Versa SL, which is now 500 USD cheaper, and several other goodies.
Some other features found on the car include the Nissan Intelligent Key with Push Button Ignition, the RearView Monitor, the AM / FM / CD / USB / iPod audio system, the Nissan ConnectSM with Navigation and Mobile Apps with the 5.8-inch color touch screen display, the SiriusXM Satellite Radio, Nissan Voice Recognition, SiriusXM Traffic, SiriusXM Travel Link, Hands-free Text Messaging Assistant and much more.
The cheapest version of the car is the Versa Sedan 1.6 S 5MT, priced from 11,990 USD. This is being followed by the Versa Sedan S 4AT, from 13,490 USD, and the Versa Sedan 1.6 S Plus Xtronic, coming from 13,990 USD. The Versa Sedan 1.6 SV Xtronic costs 15,530 USD and the range-topping model is the Versa Sedan 1.6 SL Xtronic, which will be setting you back for 17,090 USD. The 2016 Nissan Versa will be offered for sale soon and all versions have the same 1.6 liter four-cylinder unit under their hoods, with 109 HP (81 kW) and 144 Nm (107 lb-ft) of torque.
