The 2016 Opel Corsa OPC will be coming with an impressive 210 HP from its engine and it should be introduced at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show.
The upcoming range-topper version of the Opel Corsa, the Opel Corsa OPC, is coming into focus once again, this time with the help of a new report published by the Spanish media. According to our source, the model in question will be coming in with a turbocharged 1.6 liter gasoline engine under its hood, which will produce a total output of 210 HP (154 kW), making it 18 HP (13 kW) more powerful than its predecessor.
This means that it will match the output of the Corsa OPC Nurburgring Edition, which has been produced in just 500 units. We are not sure at the moment what performance the B-segment hot hatch will have, but the above mentioned limited model was capable of accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in 6.8 seconds and it could reach a top speed of 230 km/h (143 mph). The official debut of the model is believed to be made during the 2015 Geneva Motor Show, next March. More details on it are limited for the moment.
