A new teaser with the upcoming generation of the Skoda Superb has been released recently by the Czech based automaker.
The third generation of the Skoda Superb is just around the corner and in order to mark its arrival, the company has released a lot of teaser images over these past few weeks, with the latest one being pictured above as a simple design sketch. The new flagship model coming from Skoda will be debuting in Prague, in mid-February, 2015, and it will be making its public debut one month later, at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show.
The 2016 Skoda Superb will be riding on a stretched version of the MQB platform, used on the new generation of the VW Passat too, and it will be influenced by the VisionC Concept. The vehicle will get a prominent front grille, muscular hood, LED daytime running lights, sweptback headlights and so on. The engine lineup will include the 125 HP (92 kW) 1.4 liter petrol, offered for the entry-level version, along with the 260 HP (191 kW) 1.8 TSI and the 1.6 liter and 2.0 liter diesel burners, rated at 120 HP and 190 HP.
