Toyota has recently announced the official starting price of the newly unveiled Mirai in the United States, where the model will be setting you back for 57,500 USD.
After being officially unveiled just a day ago, the 2016 Toyota Mirai is being highlighted once again, this time with the help of the company, which has announced its official starting price, in the United States. In California, the model costs 57,500 USD but it will drop to less than 45,000 USD after the state and federal incentives. The Mirai is also available for 499 USD a month for 36 months, with 3,649 at signing.
The brand new Toyota Mirai will become available in California next fall in a limited supply, of less than 200, but it availability will expand to the Northeast by the end of 2017. The vehicle in question will be able to travel for up to 300 miles (483 km) before running out of juice and when this happens, refilling its tank with hydrogen will take less than 5 minutes. The company has plans of developing a hydrogen refueling infrastructure in 5 northeastern U.S. states and 12 of them will be opened, in association with Air Liquide, in Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island and Connecticut.
