The SEMA show in Las Vegas is well known for its outstanding concepts that will forever remain one-off models, but sometimes people also need to see something they will eventually buy from showrooms.
Hyundia has for them the limited-edition Tucson Sport Night Edition, coming with added panache for a more upscale look thanks to the dark accents on the outside (great for sun setting viewing) as well as small upgrades for the interior. The Night pack comes with a wide range of black accessories – beginning with the most obvious, the fresh set of Rays 19-inch wheels with black lug nuts and red valve stem caps. Even the panoramic sunroof has a dark tint now, while the shadow mirror caps give the final exterior touch. Owners will be able to specify the Tucson Sport Night in Coliseum Gray, Caribbean Blue, Dazzling White, and Black Noir Pearl.
On the inside, drivers will play with a perforated leather steering wheel and aluminum pedal caps, while the Night Edition also includes front and rear LED map lights. The Tucson Sport Night will reach dealerships later this year, but the automaker hasn’t announced prices yet. The Tucson Sport trim can be had with a 1.6-liter turbocharged four-cylinder delivering 175 horsepower (131 kilowatts) and 195 pound-feet (264 Newton-meters) of torque.
