BMW has taken by storm the SEMA show in Las Vegas – providing an exquisite one-off M3 30 Years American Edition along with the new M5 decked in M Performance Parts as the main attractions.
But that doesn’t mean the side dishes are any less “yummy” – as exemplified by this serene 4 Series Gran Coupe which is also clad in M Performance parts and also had an encounter with the BMW Individual catalog in order to deliver its best interpretation of an interior. The base model is a 440i that kicks off at $49,500 in the United States, and many of us consider the 4 GC to be one of the best-looking BMWs of modern times. The showcar adds some unique touches such as glossy black kidney grilles and a front splitter made from carbon fiber, large 21-inch alloy wheels and M Performance side skirts along with carbon fiber mirror caps. The rear is adorned with a lightweight trunk lid spoiler along with the same carbon fiber material being used for the dual exhaust tips.
Hop inside the cockpit and BMW invites the worldwide audience of the SEMA show to bask in the BMW Individual full Merino leather upholstery with a complementary shade to the exterior and adorned with white stitching. Even more carbon fiber is present here, along with an M Performance steering wheel with a built-in race display and Alcantara for better grip. The aluminum pedals are a nice extra, and so is the Alcantara on the dashboard and the central armrest.
