Porsche is currently considering a production version of the Panamera Sport Turismo, which was officially presented to the public at the 2012 Paris Motor Show.
According to the company’s board member Bernhard Maier, who has recently spoken with the guys at Automotive News, said that the carmaker is considering a production version of the Porsche Panamera Sport Turismo. Bernhard Maier has also said that the model will be show at customer clinics in China and in the United States in order to gain additional feedback. No more details are being known on the production version of the Porsche Panamera Sport Turismo for the moment.
The Porsche Panamera Sport Turismo Concept is coming with a Liquid Metal Blue finish, ventilated front fenders, LED headlights and a carbon fiber rear spoiler. The cabin has metallic accents, leather upholstery, Alcantara trim, infotainment, digital instrument cluster and more. The Panamera Sport Turismo is burning less than 3.5 liters of fuel every 100 km (67.2 mpg US / 80.7 mpg UK) and its CO2 emissions stop at 82 g/km. Power to the concept is provided by a supercharged 3.0L V6 engine and an electric motor, along with a 9.4 kWh Li battery, producing 416 HP (306 kW) and allowing the model to spring from 0-100km/h in less than 6 seconds.
