The impressive Lamborghini Aventador Roadster has been recently taken to Montana where the supercar attempted to reach a speed of 200 mph.
The Lamborghini Aventador Roadster is the newest creation of the company, if we count off the three-unit Veneno unveiled in Geneva this year, and the model is being placed into the spotlights once again, rafter being brought to almost every major automotive event out there in the past year, this time with the help of Motor Trend. The famous American car magazine has taken the Lamborghini Aventador Roadster to Montana, where a top speed of 200 mph was attempted.
Power to the Lamborghini Aventador Roadster is being provided by the same engine from the regular Aventador, the 6.5 liter V12, which is producing a total output of 690 HP, exactly the same as in the Coupe. Power is being sent to the wheels through the seven-speed automated transmission, which is allowing the model to accelerate from 0 to 62 mph in just 3 seconds, or 2.9 seconds in the Coupe, before reaching a top speed of 217 mph. Americans will have to pay 381,000 USD before getting their hands on the supercar.
