ABT Sportsline teasing Geneva lineup

The German aftermarket specialists at ABT Sportsline have recently announced that four new tuning programs will be introduced at the 2012 Geneva Motor Show, based on the Audi Q3, Audi A6 Avant, VW Beetle and VW Up!.

According to the tuner, the Audi Q3 crossover will be named the ABT QS3 and it will come with an upgraded 2.0 liter engine which will develop a total output of 266 horsepower. Besides the power boost, the crossover will also get an aggressive body kit to make it stand out of the crowd. The Audi lineup is continued with the AS6 Avant, which is also fitted with an aggressive body kit, made out of revised front and rear spoilers, new side skirts and a four tailpipe exhaust system. The vehicle’s 3.0 liter V6 diesel engine has also been upgraded and it’s now generating 355 horsepower compared to the standard 309HP.

Two Volkswagen models have also been chosen by ABT Sportsline in order to be presented at the Geneva Motor Show next month, and we’ll start with the new Beetle, which is now coming with headlight masks, a reduced height and large 20 inch alloy wheels. The 2.0 liter TFSI engine in the Beetle is now generating 237 horsepower. Last but not least, the Volkswagen Up! Has also received a refreshed look, thanks to headlight masks, revised side skirts and mirror caps.
