Acura ILX Street Build was presented at SEMA image

Acura has brought the ILX Street Build to the 2012 SEMA Motor Show in Las Vegas, which is an effort to add some street credibility and motorsport credentials.

According to the car manufacturer, the Acura ILX Street Build is a project which was handled by Evasive Motorsports and the model is wearing the Acura Genuine Accessories kit. The model in question is also fitted with a Stoptech big braking kit, a Tein Street Advance coil-over suspension system and some other interesting features which will improve its handling and also make it stand out in a crowd.

As for the engine, the Acura ILX Street Build is getting a 2.4 liter four-cylinder under its hood, which is producing a total output of 250 horsepower. The output has been achieved thanks to the ECU remap, to the CT Engineering supercharger kit and also to the Greddy SP Elite exhaust system. The interior design of the Acura ILX Street Build hasn’t been left aside either and here we can find the Acura Genuine Accessories, the illuminated door sill, the short-shift kit, the custom tray for luggage compartment and some other minor features.
