The Italian based automaker Alfa Romeo has recently released more official images with the brand new 4C sports car.
The new Alfa Romeo 4C is being placed into the spotlights once again, two months after its public debut during the 2013 Geneva Motor Show, this time with the help of some new official images, which were released by the carmaker. The 2014 Alfa Romeo 4C will go on sale in several markets worldwide, including Europe, the United States and the Asia-Pacific. The model will be produced in 2,500 units annually, and 1,000 will end up on the Old Continent, 1,000 in the U.S., 100 in Asia-Pacific and the rest in other markets.
As a quick reminder, the Alfa Romeo 4C is powered by a 1.75 liter four-cylinder mid-mounted turbocharged engine, which is producing a total output of 237 BHP. The same engine is also used on the Giulietta Quadrifoglio Verde and it’s mated to a twin-clutch TCT transmission, with steering wheel paddle shifters. Power is being sent to the rear wheels and the 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) sprint takes 4.5 seconds. Top speed stands at 250 km/h (155 mph). Deliveries will begin in September.
