Alfa Romeo has recently announced its plans to introduce the new 4C during the 2013 Goodwood Festival of Speed.
The Porsche Cayman rivaling Alfa Romeo 4C is getting ready to make its UK debut, during the 2013 Goodwood Festival of Speed. The model will be driven up the hill climb during the event in July and it has the tough job of attracting more customers into the brand, who are tired of seeing the same vehicles and are looking to drive an impressive model. As a quick reminder, the Alfa Romeo 4C has been officially unveiled back in March, during the 2013 Geneva Motor Show.
The model is actually the final production version and it’s powered by a 1.75 liter four-cylinder mid-mounted turbocharged engine, used on the Giulietta Quadrifoglio Verde, producing a total output of 237 BHP. The unit is mated to a twin-clutch TCT transmission, with steering wheel mounted paddle shifters, sending power to the rear wheels and allowing the 4C to sprint from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in 4.5 seconds before reaching a top speed of 250 km/h (155 mph). The first deliveries of the Alfa Romeo 4C will begin in September.
