Alfa Romeo 4C Spider making European debut in Geneva image

The Alfa Romeo 4C Spider will be making its European debut at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show, next week, as the carmaker has recently announced.

After making its North American debut at the 2015 NAIAS in Detroit, back in January, the brand new Alfa Romeo 4C Spider is being placed into the spotlights once again, this time with the carmaker announcing its European introduction at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show, on the 3rd of March. The model in question will be offered for sale this summer and it will be looking basically identical to its American brother, except for the added Giallo paint, the standard projector style xenon headlights, bug eyed headlights with carbon surrounds and carbon fiber hardtop.

Besides these, the new Alfa Romeo 4C Spider will also receive, on its European variant, the carbon fiber tips for the titanium exhaust system mounted in the center and signed by Akrapovic, the carbon fiber air intake system, the 17- / 18-inch front and 18- / 19-inch rear wheels with dark or silver finishes and several other goodies. The most important part of the model will be found under its hood where the same 1.75 liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine is resting. This is capable of producing a total of 237 HP (177 kW) and 350 Nm (258 lb-ft) of torque, sent to the rear wheels through ha TCT. From 0 to 60 mph (96 km/h), the sprint is made in less than 4.5 seconds and top speed stands at 160 mph (258 km/h).
