The brand new Alfa Romeo 4C will become available to its future customers in Australia too, who will have to pay under 80, 000 AUD before they will be allowed to take their new rides home.
After it was officially presented to the public in a world premiere during the 2013 Geneva Motor Show, the final production version of the Alfa Romeo 4C is ending up in our news once again, with an announcement saying that the model will become available in Australia too. According to the guys at Car Advice, out of the 2,500 units made annually, 100 units will be aimed towards the Asia-Pacific region.
The new Alfa Romeo 4C will be powered by a 1.75 liter four-cylinder mid-mounted turbocharged engine, used on the Giulietta Quadrifoglio Verde, producing a total output of 237 BHP. The unit will be mated to a twin-clutch TCT transmission, with steering wheel mounted paddle shifters, sending power to the rear wheels and allowing the 4C to sprint from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in 4.5 seconds before reaching a top speed of 250 km/h (155 mph). The Alfa Romeo 4C will begin its deliveries in September.
