Well, it may not be the real deal but it will eventually happen, so get used to it!
Ever since Alfa Romeo has officially pulled the wraps off the brand new Giulia a couple of months ago, the company’s fans have went wild and tried to find out everything there is to know about it, but since the Italian based automaker isn’t letting us know a lot of things about the performance four-door sedan, reports and renderings are popping out almost weekly. The two images posted below are nothing more than simple renderings at this point which have been put together by Theophilus Chin and they are showing us how the Alfa Romeo Giulia may look like in a Sportwagon body style.
The obvious remark is obviously “wonderful” and since the carmaker is planning such a model, you should better get used to it because it will be looking very similar to this one and, considering the fact that this is the official successor of the 159, and that its predecessor also had a 5-door version, expect it probably sometimes next year. The new Alfa Romeo Giulia is currently in its range-topping version, the QV (Quadrifoglio Verde), and this is taking aim at the BMW M3, the Mercedes-AMG C63 S and the upcoming Audi RS4, amongst others. It has a Ferrari sourced 3.0 liter twin turbo engine under its hood, with 503 HP (375 kW). No performance figures have been announced at this point and these will probably be made public at the 2015 Frankfurt Motor Show, where the model will be making its public debut.
