Alpina has recently announced its plans to introduce the brand new B4 Bi-Turbo Cabrio next week, during the 2014 Geneva Motor Show, in a world premiere.
One of the most popular tuners of BMW vehicles, Alpina, is getting ready to pull the wraps off its latest creation, the so-called B4 Bi-Turbo Cabrio. As you probably already figured it out, the model in question is actually based on the BMW 4-Series Convertible, which has received a restrained body kit, some 20-inch alloy wheels and a sports exhaust system, to contribute to other changes applied to this brand new ride.
Changes made to the cabin of this vehicle are limited and they include the embroidered headrests, the sport steering wheel, the heated leather sport seats, the Alpina branded door sill plates and the special floor mats. The Alpina B4 Bi-Turbo Cabrio is taking its power form the same 3.0 liter twin turbo six-cylinder engine found on the B4 Bi-Turbo Coupe, which is producing a total output of 410 HP (301 kW) and 600 Nm (443 lb-ft) of torque. The unit is mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission. The 0 to 100 km/h sprint takes 4.5 seconds and top speed stands at 301 km/h (187 mph). Prices for this model will start at 74,800 euros.
