Alpina will be introducing the B4 Bi-Turbo in the coupe and convertible body styles during the 2014 Goodwood Festival of Speed, this month.
Originally unveiled during the 2014 Geneva Motor Show, in a premiere, the new Alpina B4 Bi-Turbo will be going to this month’s Goodwood Festival of Speed. The model in question is based on the 3-Series and 4-Series platform and it will be available in two body styles, coupe and convertible. Styling changes were made in the BMW’s wind tunnel and there is a standard kit with the Adaptive M Sport Suspension, the climate control, the leather upholstery, the electrically adjustable heated sport seats and the bi-xenon headlights.
The two models will also be getting the Alpina logos, the Alpina Blue instruments, the Lavalina leather trim, the quad exhaust system and the 20-inch alloy wheels. They will also come with the Alpina Blue or Grey body colors. Power will be provided by the modified version of the 3.0 liter straight six, from the 335i, with 402 HP and 600 Nm of torque, connected to an 8-speed improved automatic transmission, which means that they will be able to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.2 seconds in the hardtop. There will also be a four-wheel drive version.
