UK based company Arash has officially unveiled the new AF8 supercar, which will be making its public debut during the 2014 Geneva Motor Show, early next week.
Following a series of teasers, Arash Cars has finally pulled the wraps off the AF8 supercar, which will be smiling from Geneva, next week. The model in question has an evolutionary design and while the previous AF10 looked basically like a Ferrari Enzo, this has an attractive design and it stands at 4,15 meters in length, 1,9 meters in width and 1,1 meters in height, riding on 19- and 20-inch alloy wheels, front to rear, wrapped in Michelin Pilot Cup 2 tires.
Power to the Arash AF8 is being provided by a 7.0 liter V8 engine, made by GM, which is developing a total output of 550 HP (410 kW) at 6,500 rpm and 640 Nm (472 lb-ft) of torque, available at 5,000 rpm. The 1,200 kg weighing supercar has a 6-speed manual transmission and the chassis is made from high tensile tubular steel. The 0 to 60 mph (96 km/h) acceleration is made in 3.5 seconds and top speed stands at 322 km/h (200 mph). More details on the AF8 will be announced during the 2014 Geneva Motor Show.
