An image with what seems to be the production version of the A1 ClubSport Quattro Concept has recently made its way onto the web, where it made everyone ask if this is the new RS1.
The Audi A1 ClubSport Quattro Concept has been officially presented to the public last year in Worthersee and, since then, it made everyone ask if the German based automaker will put it into production and the image posted above seems to be exactly that market-ready version of the model, which might be sold under the Audi RS1 name. If this is really the final production version of the model, the RS1 won’t be as powerful as the concept car on which is based.
Additional details on the model are limited for the moment, but as a quick reminder, the Audi ClubSport Quattro Concept was getting a highly modified 2.5 liter five-cylinder TFSI engine under its hood, turbocharged and with direct injection, which was producing a total output of 496 BHP (503 PS / 370 kW) and 660 Nm of torque (486.79 lb-ft), weighing 1,390 kg and being able to sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.7 seconds and form 0 to 200 km/h in 10.9 seconds. Top speed has been limited to 250 km/h (155 mph).
