A first image with what seems to be the final production version of the upcoming BMW M4 Convertible has recently hit the web and attracted a lot of curious eyes.
The BMW M4 Convertible is being placed into the spotlights once again, this time with the help of an image which seems to have leaked because it’s not spy photo and no rendering, of which we are used to. We can’t tell you for sure whether this is the real deal or not but it’s closer to the final production version than what we’ve seen over these past few months.
The BMW M4 Convertible will be powered by the same engine as the new M3 and M4 Coupe, which will have a 3.0 liter displacement, with inline straight six cylinders. The unit will produce a total output of 450 HP (335 kW) and it have a peak torque of 550 Nm (405 lb-ft). The BMW M4 Cabrio will stand out from the regular version thanks to its beefed up body kit, to the quad exhaust system, to the M badges, the new suspension setup, the sports seats and much more. Additional details on the model remain unknown for the moment.
