An image with a one-off Ferrari project, believed to be the F12 Berlinetta Targa, has just surfaced online, leaving room for a lot of questions.
Ferrari has unveiled the one-off SP FFX just a few months ago and now the Special Projects division of the Maranello based automaker seems to have taken on a whole new approach on the F12 Berlinetta, as an image with what is believed to be the “Targa” has just made its way onto the web. In terms of appearance, the model in question has a restyled front bumper, a triple hood scoop, a narrower grille, sweptback headlights and different graphics.
The Ferrari F12 Berlinetta Targa pictured above is a one-off conversion but these are simple speculations at the moment so we will have to wait for a public statement in order to give you more details on it. The regular F12 Berlinetta has been introduced a couple of years ago as a replacement for the 599 GTB. This is a front mid-engined supercar coming with a 6.3 liter naturally aspirated V12, shared with the FF. The unit is rated at 730 HP (544 kW) and 690 Nm (509 lb-ft) of torque, enough for a 0 to 100 km/h sprint made in 3.1 seconds and a top speed of 340 km/h (210 mph).
