The aftermarket specialists at DDMWorks have recently pulled the wraps off their latest creation, an impressive Ariel Atom with 700 horsepower.
The standard Ariel Atom is definitely one hot ride to own and play during weekends but what would you say if you found out that there is now an even hotter version of the vehicle, named the Ariel Atom 700, developed by DDMWorks. The Ariel Atom 700 is taking its name from the 700 horsepower “received” and squeezed out of a 2.0 liter Ecotec I4 engine.
“DDMWorks is pleased to announce the first Ariel Atom 700 conversion. The Ariel Atom 700 conversion is based on the Ariel Atom 2 using the 2.0L Ecotec engine. The Ariel Atom 700 combines both a supercharger and a turbo on one engine to produce 700hp, which is an amazing 350hp/liter”, as the company is saying in its official press release.
The Ariel Atom 700 is coming with two other lower power levels, 450 HP and 575 HP, but the most impressive version is the one with 700 HP, squeezed out of the 2.0 liter Ecotec I4 engine, thanks to the turbocharger and supercharger. DDMWorks didn’t reveal a price tag for the Ariel Atom 700 but the regular version costs $52,480.
