Aston Martin teases us to the Vantage’s arrival on November 21 image

The British exotic supercar manufacturer is menacingly teasing us – through predatory eyes – of the impending arrival of the all-new Vantage, and we only have two weeks to prepare left.

That’s a long wait for eager Aston Martin fans, and certainly the Vantage is one model most of us auto freaks have been waiting for – as a model easier on the wallet, yet just as sporty alternative to the grand tourer DB11/DB11 Volante duo. The teaser depicts a set of menacing wolf’s blue eyes – probably the way employees feel when they are scrutinized by the CEO over missed deadlines. We’re not sure why we’re getting the frozen look – since most of us anyway don’t have the money in the bank needed to acquire a Vantage…

Anyways, Aston martin doesn’t need to fear – the general public is going to adore them once more, judging by the welcome for the DB11, and the company’s private equity owners won’t have to deliver such looks given that most likely a set of examples have already been snatched in advance by wealthy, important customers. The Gaydon-based sports car producer is going to use inside the Vantage the 4.0-liter biturbo V8 engine seen inside the DB11 thanks to the technical cooperation with Mercedes-AMG, delivering up to 500 horsepower and linked to a purist’s six-speed manual or a more convenient dual-clutch automatic transmission.
