Aston Martin launched tree special editions DB9 image

British automaker has had a busy year on the special edition front, having launched the V12 Vantage and DBS Carbon Black editions and the V8 Vantage N420 during 2010, and now the British sports-car maker is ending the 2010 year off on a high note with the announcement of three new DB9 options.

The three new DB9’s are named the Morning Frost, Carbon Black and Quantum Silver – reflecting the colours the car is available in.

Aston Carbon Black and Quantum Silver are both inspired by DB9s role in James Bond movies and comes with special exterior colors with Obsidian Black interior along with a highly polished Piano Black centre console and interior door handles.

The other spec, Morning Frost, has pearlescent white paint, a different flavour of 19in wheels, magnum silver grilles and a piano black centre console. The DB9 Morning Frost also benefits from the Touchtronic II transmission mounted on the transaxle giving the car perfect 50:50 weight balance.

All new Aston Martin’s will have under the hood the powerful 6-litre 470bhp V12 engine engraved with the name of the special edition..

All three models are available for order now at a price of $204K.
